Groups and Workshops

I run weekly meditation, relaxation & personal/spiritual development groups, either in the day or evening.
These are small personalised group sessions and as the availability changes weekly, it is best to contact me for further information.

Workshops are either held in the evening or on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

A workshop designed to teach carers ways of alleviating stress, simple techniques to relax & re-energise as and when needed, and a nurturing & relaxing meditation to leave you feeling very relaxed and uplifted. Taster sessions available for any carers. Please ask for details

Relaxation Courses

Relaxation with Visualization
The course covers stress-awareness and relaxation techniques for letting go of tension in the mind & body.
Run over a period of 6 weeks consisting 6 sessions of approx. 90 minutes.
Learn to relax in a safe & supportive environment, where limited numbers ensure personal attention.
